Our UK Education System
As we all know the UK education system is divided into four main parts. The first part of education begins when the kid reaches the age of 5 and will continue until the age of 11. This time is considered to be the best time to pursue primary education. At this stage, the student is allowed to learn through playing, fun and enjoyment. Thus, the chances to get exposed to theoretical knowledge are much lower.
Later on, till the age of 14, the students pursue their secondary school life when they are required to learn new things. But now, this becomes really difficult for them to grab all the subject knowledge in a short period of time, as they have never been placed in such a situation before, due to their education system. Being new to the concept of learning, the student faces problems but somehow, as the clock runs around the students get used to the situation and moves on.
The above-mentioned stages are the foundation for a better career. But after this when the student reaches the college, they forget to experience the true essence of learning, now for them the education is something that gives them a job to build stability in life and, instead of learning they start approaching everything that comes in their way and move on with the life as taught by their institutes.
Pursuing an education in such a way in the long run is never going to provide stability in any sense. And in future at some stage, the same student is going to dump the same garbage to the upcoming generations and will label it as ‘education & teaching.’

The Oxford Dictionary defines a teacher as “someone who makes the students aware of the subject knowledge by teaching them the subject alone as the teacher always targets upon the good grade.”
Whereas, an Educator is someone who educates a teacher
- to gain the knowledge that can help them to evaluate their student in all the possible ways and,
- also allow them to learn how to develop, create and pursue their student’s hidden talent
On the whole, an educator is an extended version of a teacher who can teach the life lessons to the student to face the world.

As we all know that generally, in schools the teachers are trained to feed the student with the subject knowledge alone, where their brain becomes a dump storeroom that has all kind of stuff stored unwillingly and the student doesn’t have the time to explore their thoughts. Thus, most of the students are not aware of their own talents, and when they come out of their school life they get the feeling of insecurity to face the world. This can push them to lack confidence and have an unsuccessful life.
