Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II Mont Rose College is deeply saddened by the death of HM Queen Elizabeth II on 8th September 2022, following a 70-year reign.our sincere condolences. Her funeral will take place on 19th September 2022 and the college will halt its classes on the day to allow staff and students to pay their respects. Mont Rose College celebrated the achievement of its students that completed their studies during the pandemic in a graduation ceremony on 17th June 2022. Similar to their spring ceremony, the event was held at the City Gates Conference Centre in Ilford. It was specially organized for those who completed their studies during the height of Covid-19 restrictions. Its aim was once again to ensure that all students who accomplished their goals and gained their qualification during the pandemic were acknowledged. On Wednesday 26th July, we hosted Alex Taylor and Tim Cay of Harrison Catering Opportunities. They visited Mont Rose College to talk with Hospitality students about their company and opportunities available for our students. On 17th May 2022, MRC Angels Competition held its first Angel Competition since the start of the pandemic. The competition aims to help students increase their business knowledge and put their ideas in action. This year’s competition was held in their Mont Rose House campus MRC Angels Competition and successfully met its goal of show-casing students’ entrepreneurship.
