Mont Rose College of Management and Science in London provides a Hospitality Management course as Person BTEC Level 5 Higher National Diploma in HND Hospitality Management with the approval of BTEC Edexcel. This course has extra benefits that cover key knowledge, practical skills and understanding required in the hospitality industry.

This course is the equivalent to the second year of a UK bachelor’s degree with an embedded level 5 exit qualification. In terms of attendance, it’s 21 hours a week.

The main topics that are covered by the Hospitality Management studies are hotel operations, catering and banquet management, hospitality management communication, hotel and restaurant financial management, travel & tour operations and applied food service sanitation. Other than theoretical knowledge, the students here are also equipped with the additional skills necessary to implement business development and quality management strategies. Hospitality Management mainly deals with the establishment and implementation of efficient steps in order to gain customer satisfaction. We also provide the facility to avail student loan (only for the UK and other EU students), where the course fee is fully funded by the loan company.
