MRC Free Laptop Promotion – Terms and Conditions

  1. For the purpose of this agreement the term MRC refers to Mont Rose College of Management and Sciences, and the term Participant refers to a Free Laptop Promotion entrant.
  2. The Free Laptop promotion is open to all the new Applicants who successfully complete their enrolment process within the period of time specified in the promotional materials.
  3. Current MRC students, Employees or agencies, or anyone else connected with the Promotion (“Promotion”) may not enter.
  4. By entering the Free Laptop promotion you agrees to accept the hereby terms and conditions
  5. MRC reserves the right to revise and amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time at its own discretion.
  6. To enter the promotion you must provide MRC Admissions Team with a valid UPC (Unique Promotional Code) available on the promotional material
  7. The Participant must successfully enrol for one of MRC courses for January 2022 intake.
  8. The hereby promotion only applies to the first 100 successful Applicants who complete their enrolment
  9. Entries outside of the methods outlined in these terms and conditions will be deemed invalid.
  10. Prize will be released to the successful Participants once their Student Loan is approved and MRC receives the first payment for their tuition fee.
  11. The Prize can be collected by the Participant in person only from the MRC main campus (Mont Rose House, 412-416 Eastern Avenue, Gants Hill, IG2 6NQ). No third party can collect the Prize on the Participant’s behalf.
  12. The Participant is not eligible to claim the Prize if they are unable to commence or continue study on the course for any reason, such as withdrawing from the course or being expelled from the College.
  13. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
  14. Should a Participant accept the Prize and subsequently seek to return it of their own volition, they will not be entitled to claim any cash or alternative discount.
  15. MRC accepts no responsibility for any additional costs associated with the prize, such as software, programmes installations or breakages that occurred after the Prize has been claimed
  16. The Participant may be asked to take part in promotional activity related to the Promotion, provided their consent is given to the MRC Marketing and Promotion Department
  17. Any personal information provided to MRC by the Participant shall be used in accordance to the internal policies and national laws and regulations, such as GDPR and Consumer Protection Act 1987
  18. By entering the promotion, the Participant agrees to their personal data being used and process in regards to the Prize collection.
  19. MRC accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by Participant as a result of entering the Promotion or accepting the prize.
  20. MRC shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
  21. MRC reserves the right to terminate and temporarily or permanently modify the hereby terms and conditions with or without prior notice. The decisions once made is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
  22. The Promotion is under the governance of the English law, and all the Participants are subjects to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
