About the course

Our course teaches students the structure of organisations, how they operate and are managed and how business demands inter-disciplinary skills. The HND in Business Marketing sees students thinking critically about common problems that demand solutions as well as moral and ethical issues in the world of business. You will also be able to develop your written and oral presentation skills, engaging in dialogues with your peers and tutors.

The course carries eight core units, covering critical business theory, strategy and how to both recognise and create a healthy business atmosphere. Specialist units include detailed analysis of sales, advertising and e-business as well as issues affecting contemporary companies and the unique challenges of small businesses. Through group lectures, tutorials, case studies and the delivery of presentations, youll learn a balanced approach to the modern business landscape along with skills to help you start your own career and develop even further.
