Workshop Overview

This interactive and hands-on mixology workshop is designed for hospitality enthusiasts, budding bartenders, and service professionals who are passionate about the art and science of cocktail creation. Participants will explore the fundamentals of mixology, from classic techniques and flavour pairing to presentation and customer engagement.

Guided by experienced mixologists, the course blends practical skills with creative flair, equipping attendees with the confidence to craft both timeless and innovative cocktails while understanding their cultural and historical roots.

Level 4 and 5 students and members of the local community interested in mixology

Workshop Duration

3-4 Hours – divided into interactive sessions


Certificate of attendance

Will be issued by an awarding body in conjunction with Mont Rose College of Management and Sciences
