As a student of Mont Rose College, the college will provide you with an institutional email account. This email account will be valid for the duration of your study with us and will be deactivated four weeks after completion of your study. It is the student’s responsibility to save all their data from the email account upon leaving the college.

The college will communicate with the student through student email. Also, all submitted assignment receipts will be automatically emailed to a student’s email by Turnitin.

How to access your email

You can access your email by clicking the link below and then type in the email and password given to you by the admin team. Also you can go to Gmail and type in your email and password to log in.

Accessing email with email Client

You can read your college email messages in other mail clients, like Microsoft Outlook and Apple Mail, using IMAP. When you use IMAP, you can read your Email messages on multiple devices, and messages are synced in real time.

Set up IMAP

Step 1: Check that IMAP is turned on

  • On your computer, login to your college email.
  • In the top right, click Settings.
  • Click Settings.
  • Click the Forwarding and POP/IMAP
  • In the "IMAP Access" section, select Enable IMAP.
  • Click Save Changes.

Step 2: Change your IMAP settings in your email client
