Working as part of the Admissions Team at Mont Rose College, we help potential students start their journey to success and assist them along the way. Having previously worked within the Higher Education Sector for 6 years in leadership, I joined MRC in January 2023. I am passionate about my role within MRC as I believe that all human beings have potential. With the quality services and education received at MRC and belief in MRC’s Values and Mission, we can change lives.
During my education, I have been awarded several awards, such as Top Achievers awards, Outstanding Accomplishments awards, and The Jack Petchey award for my contributions.

Working as a Recruitment Officer at Mont Rose College for the past year, I collaborate closely with potential students & recruitment partners and facilitate a seamless end-to-end enrolment lifecycle. Mr AF Khan
IT Consultant
I am currently working within the Admissions Team at Mont Rose College, where I am introducing a structured data layer to move our processes from manual handling towards a more digital and efficient system.
With my background as a Lecturer in Digital Technologies, along with my PgCert in Higher Education, Fellowship (FHEA), and professional certifications including Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), and Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400), I bring both academic and technical expertise to this initiative.
At present, a significant part of the admissions workflow relies on manual checks and data handling. My focus is to digitise this process so that student data can be captured, validated, and managed in a more consistent and reliable way across Admissions, Student Services, and the Data department.
The aim is to reduce duplication, minimise errors, and create a clear audit trail that supports compliance with awarding body requirements. This approach will also allow better tracking, reporting, and overall visibility of the admissions pipeline.
This is a practical step towards improving operational efficiency and strengthening quality assurance within the college.

Mr Vaibhav Jain Bothra
Admissions Data Auditor
As an Admissions Data Auditor, I support the admissions process by carefully verifying student documents and ensuring all records are accurate and up to date. I am responsible for enrolling students via CRM system, managing student data efficiently, and maintaining accurate admission records. In addition, I prepare intake report analyses and generate overview summaries for each intake to support reporting and decision-making processes. I take pride in being organised, detail-focused, and contributing to a smooth and efficient admissions experience for every student.
