Graduate Outcomes

At Mont Rose College of Management & Sciences, we value the success of our graduates beyond the classroom. The Graduate Outcome Survey helps us understand where our students progress after completing their studies, whether into employment, further education or personal development. Your feedback provides essential insights that not only showcase the impact of our courses but also guide us in continually improving the student experience.

Why should Mont Rose College of Management & Sciences (MRC) graduates take part in the survey?

The results of the Graduate Outcomes Survey are valuable to us all. The information collected:

  • Measures graduate progression into high-level employment, further study, or other positive outcomes
  • Supports graduates in preparing for the ever-changing job market

When will I be surveyed?
Around 15 months after you complete your studies, you will receive an email from HESA inviting you to complete the Graduate Outcomes Survey online. HESA may also contact you by telephone and ask you to provide your responses over the phone.

How will my responses be used?
Your feedback will help guide potential students in making informed decisions when choosing their courses at MRC. We will also use your responses to continuously improve our services and support.

What if I do not want to be surveyed?
It is not compulsory to complete the survey. When HESA contacts you, you will have the option to opt out, and you will not be contacted again. You can only opt out of the Graduate Outcomes Survey through HESA. However, we very much hope you will take part, as your feedback helps us understand your activities and perspectives after graduation.

How do I make sure I am invited to take part in the survey?
We will pass your contact information to HESA. All you need to do is ensure that we have accurate and up-to-date contact details for you after graduation, especially a valid email address.

What if I do not want to give you my contact information?
We are required to share your contact information with HESA for the purpose of conducting the Graduate Outcomes Survey.
Your contact details will only be used by HESA to invite you to complete the survey. As mentioned above, it is not compulsory to take part. When HESA contacts you, you will be able to opt out and you will not be contacted again.

What is HESA?
The Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA) is the official body that collects and publishes data about higher education in the UK. HESA collects data on behalf of the regulator, the Office for Students (OfS). This information is used to inform government, universities, employers, and other stakeholders about graduate outcomes and the impact of higher education.
