Senior Employability Coordinator
As a Senior Employability Coordinator, I offer support in CVs, Cover Letters, and placements. I take an active role in creating the college magazine and liaising with other Student Services to offer tailored support to our students. I am currently completing my BA in Education Studies. Eva Misheva
Employability Coordinator
My name is Eva Misheva and I’m one of the new Employability Co-ordinators.
Originally from Bulgaria, I am a mother of two wonderful boys. I’m a creative, positive, very active, and workaholic person who does not like to waste time on invaluable things. In my personal life, I love caring for my loved ones and looking after their well-being, and I never complain. I prefer outdoor activities such as running. Also to mention that I adore Bulgarian and all kinds of Balkan folk dance.
Planning, organizing, and time management are my key skills, which I developed from a very young age, thanks to my mother, to whom I will always be grateful. In my professional life, I am always open to learning new skills, improving myself, and gaining new experiences. I’m very curious and always have something to ask. I don’t like being boring, so there is always an idea or a project in my head that I work very hard on until I realize it.
My motto is widely known: “Never Give Up.” I don’t like giving up, and I don’t accept the word “I can’t” because, for me, it is an excuse for someone who does not want to do something.
I look forward to collaborating with you to achieve outstanding results for our college and students as I can help you with employability needs. Together, I believe we can make a significant impact.

Emilia Raja
Employability Coordinator
I am passionate about helping others succeed in their careers. I work closely with tutors, Student Services, and employers to ensure a proactive approach to developing employability cross college. Currently I am in my second year studying HND in Business and Marketing, I bring insights from my previous experiences as a qualified to level 3 Nursery teacher. In both, my personal and professional life I am an advocate for equality and inclusion, and person-centred practice for everybody. I look forward to guiding students on their career journeys!
