Having worked in the Travel and Tourism industry before moving to Hospitality, I have accumulated over 16 years of experience. I worked in different departments like housekeeping, food and beverage and front office management. Throughout my career, I was the departmental trainer which led me to move into the education sector. I started teaching with Mont Rose College in 2011, becoming the Programme Manager for the Hospitality department later on.

I am a lecturer in the Hospitality Department. I have a long working experience in hotels in the United Kingdom and abroad and at various levels and departments. I love making differences in people’s lives and seeing them flourish in their respective professions.

Ms Funmi Alalade
Being a former student of the College, I have always found the college environment welcoming, encouraging, and motivating all to be the best that they can be. The same is still true working at Mont Rose College. I am a new lecturer, and so far, I have gained so many more skills, additional knowledge, and experience needed in working in a diverse professional environment. In my role as a Hospitality Lecturer, I strive continuously to plan and deliver sessions to suit all students’ learning styles and preferences whilst providing guidance and support whenever needed.

I am an enthusiastic and skilled professional with hands-on experience in providing quality education to students with diverse academic and psychological abilities. With good years of experience in Teaching, Accounting, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Business Management, Hospitality, Business studies, I am an accomplished teacher with exceptional subject knowledge.

Dr. Henry Aluko
I believe that successful students become successful professionals; this forms my principle to passionately inspire others to expand their potential and harness the influence of their awareness. I have good years of experience in Teaching, Accounting, Human Resource Management, Project Management, Information Technology, Business Management, Management Consultation, Hospitality, and Health and Social Care. My core subjects are Leadership and Management, and Research Projects.
