IT Support Officer/Administrator
As an IT Helpdesk Technician at Mont Rose College since February 2024, I bring over 7 years of experience in 1st and 2nd line support, backed by a Master’s degree and certifications including CCNA and MCSA. With a detail-oriented and proactive approach, I excel in managing diverse IT environments and ensuring timely resolution of support incidents. I possess exceptional teamwork and communication skills, fostering positive relationships with students and colleagues. Noteworthy achievements include successfully troubleshooting complex network issues and consistently meeting or exceeding Service Level Agreements. Committed to continuous learning and professional development, I actively pursue relevant certifications and stay updated on industry trends. I am passionate about leveraging technology to drive organizational success and am dedicated to administering the school’s IT helpdesk effectively. My goal is to contribute a blend of academic excellence, practical expertise, and a proactive approach to the dynamic team here at Mont Rose College.

I’m the Facility Officer. My job is to make sure day-to-day life at Mont Rose College runs smoothly, and the campus buildings are well maintained. I’m responsible for ensuring that health and safety requirements are met and maintenance is upheld for the security of all students and staff.
