Workshop Overview

Explore the world of wine and beer with our engaging Understanding Wine and Beer workshop. Designed for hospitality enthusiasts, this interactive 3–4-hour session covers the basics of wine and beer production, professional serving techniques, and expert food pairings. Through tastings, role-playing, and real-world service scenarios, you will build confidence in discussing, recommending, and serving wine and beer in hospitality settings. Whether you’re looking to refine your service skills or expand your knowledge, this workshop provides practical expertise in beverage appreciation and customer engagement.

  • Level 4 and 5 students, and members of the local community.

3-4 Hours – divided into interactive sessions
