Mont Rose College held its annual Food Fusion event where Hospitality Management students took part in a “master chef” styled event aimed at producing fine dining cuisines themed around seafood.
This event benefitted students as it enabled them to design a three course set menu from concept and working in groups to cook up a winning menu.
Redbridge Chamber of Commerce, Geoffrey Hill attended the event and was part of the judging panel. The food presented to the VIP guests and the winning group awarded trophies and gift hampers.
