I am Ayesha Rehman, HR Officer at Mont Rose College, having joined the Human Resources department in July 2024. With over 7 years of diverse experience in various HR roles, I bring a strategic mindset and a passion for making HR accessible, efficient, and people-focused.
Throughout my career, I have been driven by the belief that HR should empower individuals and strengthen organisations. At Mont Rose College, my goal is to introduce meaningful improvements, streamline processes, and foster a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
For me, HR is not just about policies and procedures – it’s about people, progress, and positive change.
