On 27th November 2024, Mont Rose College students attended the Waltham Forest Job Fair, engaging with employers in the care sector. Three students attended independently, demonstrating initiative and interest in career opportunities. The Employability Team held positive discussions with providers such as Haven Care, Link Me Up, Unique Personnel, and Outward Housing. Ongoing talks aim to develop partnerships for internships, placements, and future student support.
