Students at Mont Rose College had the chance to explored new career possibilities through the Energise Programme session organised by the Employability Department. Delivered across both day and evening classes, the event created an inclusive opportunity for a wide range of students to take part.
Led by guest speaker Mark Connery from Catch22, the session introduced pathways into the evolving energy sector and highlighted how students can build confidence and overcome barriers to employment. The interactive format encouraged discussion, helping students reflect on their goals and future direction.
The session attracted strong attendance and sparked clear interest, with many students considering applying to the programme and others seeking further support. By expanding access and encouraging participation, the event successfully connected students with real opportunities—showing how the right guidance at the right time can inspire meaningful career journeys.
