I started my journey as Lecturer in Finance at Mont Rose College and enjoyed this role as it involved direct interaction with the students. I could judge for myself the positive changes I was bringing into the students’ life. My focus is still the same in my current role, i.e., to bring positive change into people’s lives, may they be my teammates or the students. However challenging the role may be, I must say that I enjoy it and look forward to bringing constructive changes.

Mr Gowher Malik
Since I have started working at Mont Rose College, I have gained valuable knowledge and skills by working in different teaching areas at various levels, such as co-editor in chief for MRC journal, Internal Verification, and course designing. What has motivated me the most is working in a friendly yet professional environment, and making a difference in our students’ lives from diverse social and cultural backgrounds.

Mr Yannick Fansi
I have over ten years of experience in teaching at further and higher education institutions in the UK. Before joining Mont Rose College, I taught at a range of different education colleges in London. At Mont Rose College, I teach various modules for the Business Management programme, focusing on specialist accounting and finance pathway modules.

Dr Ayodele Aluko

Mr Olajide Joshua
I joined the lecturing team of Mont Rose College in early 2020, though I have been a member of Mont Rose College community since 2015. It has been a fantastic journey from studentship to the lectureship. Being one of the best students ever produced in the College, I decided to join the College to contribute to its valuable learning service offers after my Master’s degree and a professional teaching qualification.

Mr Francis Marfo
I am with Mont Rose College for the past eight years and have taught students from different backgrounds. My area of interest is business management, management, research, and marketing. I am also a part of the quality assurance team of the College. My focus is conscientiously helping students understand the other schools of thought in engaging in research that enhances societal and academic knowledge.

Dr Kwabena Frimpong
I have experience of more than ten years of teaching in the higher education sector. I have taught a range of Business Management, Risk Management, Economics, and Cyber Crime related subjects to undergraduate and postgraduate students. I have also offered customized training sessions to a range of practitioners in the UK. I am currently the Team Leader for the New Buckinghamshire University Partnership Programme.
