What is Hospitality Management?
The study that involves hospitality industry is known as Hospitality Management. In general, this concept includes managing hotels, restaurants, cruise ships, amusement parks, food & beverages, tourism etc. This course completely focuses on ensuring customers comfort and safety in the hospitality industry. The customer satisfaction is the foundation of this course. So, in this field, the customers are the main target as that would lead to loyalty and regular business.
Certified degree in Hospitality Management may also be referred to as hotel and tourism management, hotel management, hotel administration etc. The course title differs from place to place.

Mont Rose College of Management and Science in London provides a Hospitality Management course as Person BTEC Level 5 Higher National Diploma in HND Hospitality Management with the approval of BTEC Edexcel. This course has extra benefits that cover key knowledge, practical skills and understanding required in the hospitality industry.
This course is the equivalent to the second year of a UK bachelor’s degree with an embedded level 5 exit qualification. In terms of attendance, it’s 21 hours a week.
The main topics that are covered by the Hospitality Management studies are hotel operations, catering and banquet management, hospitality management communication, hotel and restaurant financial management, travel & tour operations and applied food service sanitation. Other than theoretical knowledge, the students here are also equipped with the additional skills necessary to implement business development and quality management strategies. Hospitality Management mainly deals with the establishment and implementation of efficient steps in order to gain customer satisfaction. With all the best qualities, we provide a reasonable and affordable fee structure for our students who join the Hospitality Management course. The course fee is approximately £6,000 per annum. We also provide the facility to avail student loan (only for the UK and other EU students), where the course fee is fully funded by the loan company.
